ChainSights is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
Current Status: Partially conformant. We are actively working to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.
Keyboard Navigation
Our website can be fully navigated using only a keyboard. Here are the keyboard shortcuts available:

Accessibility Features
- Skip Link: Press Tab at the top of any page to reveal a "Skip to main content" link that bypasses navigation.
- Focus Indicators: All interactive elements have visible focus indicators (aqua outline) when navigated with keyboard.
- Color Contrast: Text and UI elements meet WCAG AA contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1 ratio).
- Screen Reader Support: Pages use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and live regions to announce dynamic content changes.
- Responsive Design: Content adapts to different screen sizes and supports 200% browser zoom without loss of functionality.
- Touch Targets: Interactive elements on mobile have minimum 44x44 pixel touch targets for easier activation.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:
- PDF reports may not be fully accessible. Please contact us for alternative formats.
- Some third-party content (external links) may not meet accessibility standards.
- Complex data visualizations may require additional descriptions for screen reader users.
